Yoga for Wellbeing! Join us in January for our first monthly session of yoga flow. Taught and led by Soumya Raghav, a registered qualified yoga practioner with over a decade of experience practicing and teaching yoga. Learn more about Soumya and her practice, Kaaya Yoga at www.kaayayoga.com.
These classes will build your strength, stamina & flexibility. Yoga helps everyone focus on their bodies, their form, balance and breath. Join us, for 30 minute flow yoga classes on three Saturdays in January.
January Dates: 1/7, 1/14, & 1/21.
Class time: 12:30PM - 1PM.
Monthly session of three Saturday classes is $35.
