Workshop with Kalaimamani Guru Kalyanasundaram

Kalaimamani Guru Kalayanasundaram hails from a tradition that can trace its lineage to the royal courts of Southern India. He is the torchbearer of the Thanjavur tradition of Bharatanatyam known for its beauty and aesthetic grace. 

Coming from a family of traditional Nattuvanars, Guru Kalayanasundaram embodies the knowledge and wisdom that comes from learning handed down from generation to generation, from lifetime to lifetime.

In this workshop, we take Leela students to experience that learning from the source.
