About the Event
As the year 2022 winds down, we offer an exciting in-person workshop for children ages 7-15 years, to learn the art of Mithila/Madhubani in the Godna style. This style is from the state of Bihar in India.
Artworks created during the workshop will be exhibited at Cary Arts Center for a week, starting Friday, January 27, 2023. On January 27th in the evening, there will be a reception hosted by Leela Foundation in collaboration with Ansimit by Sampada. Date/Time: Dec 16th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
